A south Florida native, and was born on June 29, 1979 to community leader and Apostle, Janice L. Dillard, and the late Brother James Dillard Jr. At the age of 10, Dillard received the Lord under the leadership of Apostle Janice L. Dillard. She graduated Piper High School in the year of 1997.

 

She is an active member of The Revival Faith Center Ministries, Inc., under the covering Presiding Prelate Apostle Janice L. Dillard.  This Woman of God has served in this local church faithfully and has served in many ministries to include serving as the choir director, praise & worship director, on the Ministers’ board and in the drama ministry.

 

In 2006 Apostle Seleaveya Dillard received her master’s degree in Christian Counseling. God has continually elevated her in the ministry where she is now serving as the International Evangelist of The Revival Faith Center Ministries, Inc.  As of June 28, 2008, the Lord has elevated her to embrace the new office of Associate Pastor in her local assembly. Pastor Dillard is a revivalist, conference host, and a conductor of seminars locally, nationwide, and internationally.

 

On July 25, 2009, she was elevated to minister in the position of Resident Pastor at The Revival Faith Center Ministries, Inc.  Dillard has continued to work diligently alongside her mother to ensure the ministry vision is fulfilled and ministry transitions are smooth. In June 2011, Pastor Seleaveya Dillard was consecrated to the office of Suffragan Bishop in the Lord’s church. November 6, 2021, Bishop Dillard was confirmed as an Apostle.

 

Dillard is an anointed woman of God who has a heart for God, ministry, and people. The call of God is evident in her life. Known for her vocals, passion and empowering stance, Dr. Dillard has been faithful in ushering the people of God in Praise and Worship. She is making tremendous impact in her state and community and has founded Purposeful Women, an empowerment organization that has hosted yearly retreats and seminars locally for women.

 

A trailblazer in every sense of word, Dr. Dillard is the proud mother of two beautiful children, Jaliah and Jarmal Floyd and resides in Fort Pierce, Florida.
